Frequently Asked Questions

We realize that you may have questions to ask before placing an order. For this reason we have created a FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) below that we hope will answer any question you may have.

• What method of payments do you accept?
  We accept major credit cards via ProPay, personal check (orders will be held until check clears unless a prior arrangement has been entered into), money order or cash on pickup/delivery.




• How do I place an order?
  You can call us at (586) 775-3816, email us at celebrations2000@sbcglobal.net or order online using our order form.





• How long will it take to receive my order?
  In most circumstances you can expect your order to be completed within 7-14 business days. If you need your order sooner please email us at celebrations2000@sbcglobal.net us and we will try to honor your request.




• What are the minimum order amounts?
  There are no minimum orders. You can order whatever amount of our products you need.



• Can I cancel my order?
  If your order has already been printed, then we're sorry but we cannot refund your payment and you will receive your order as requested. If your order has not been printed then we will reimburse you less 10% of the total ordered amount.



• If I am ordering wrappers only how do I wrap my chocolate bars/candy?
  Instructions will be included with your order and if you should need any help we are just an e-mail or phone call away.



• Where can I get my chocolate/candy from?
  From your local stores such as Costco's, Dollar stores, Sam's Club.



• I don't see a wrapper that fits my requirements/I have an idea for a wrapper can you make me a customized wrapper?
  We will try our best to work with you and to help you with this. Just let us know as many details as possible and we can then discuss your needs.



• What kind of candy and items will the wrappers fit?
  Our wrappers fit Hershey Chocolate bars STD size (45g/1.55oz) and Hershey Miniature Bars



• Can we include a photo or business logo on your wrappers?
  Yes, you can. We can scan your image/s ($5 fee each). You can e-mail your .gif or .jpg image/s to celebrations2000@sbcglobal.net or you can mail your image/s using the contact information on our contact page.
  
  Please be aware that if you choose the latter option then your order will obviously take longer to complete.
  
  PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to obtain permission from the photographer if your photograph was done professionally for it to be used for this purpose. The same applies to logos; permission needs to be obtained before use.



• Can I see a draft of my wrapper for a final approval?
  Yes, in fact, we require that all our customers check their wrapper to avoid design or spelling errors before printing. Our preferred method is to send you this via email but we can also send your draft through the mail if desired and if time permits.



• What happens if I want to add/delete something or find a spelling mistake after I have approved the final draft?
  This is the reason we send you a draft copy for you to proof-read. As you are familiar with the information then we rely on you to find any errors that may have occurred. If your order has not been printed then changes can be made. Otherwise a minimal fee will be charged to re-print your order.



• Can I change any part of the wrapper?
  Almost any wrapper can be customized to your specifications. Please include exact instructions with your order. If we have any questions we will either email you or call you.



• Can I mix and match your samples?
  Yes, you can! We can do most anything to fit your needs. We can take a graphic from one wrapper and use the wording from another or change the colours, type of font.



• Our privacy policy
  Your personal information will only be used for the completion of your order. Your email address is used to answer any questions you or we have, for sending the draft of your order for your approval and to complete your order. We will not sell or share your personal information with anyone.
